  • Expected Return: 15-25%
  • Deal Size: $500K-$20M (Depending on unit mix)
  • Opportunity: Poor management / cost inefficiencies, rehabilitate, adapt for reuse, new development. Undervalued, below market rents, RUBS system potential, minimal turnover, subsidized units
  • Upside / Value Add: Coin laundry, additional lot space to develop, advertising potential, amenities and miscellaneous income potential
  • Structure: Partnership, Direct investment, Mezzanine, Joint Venture
  • Hold Period: 5-15 years
